We have been sharing the teachings of many techniques of YOGA as a means for all to achieve physical, mental and spiritual well-being, and self-realization.

Our studio is the space for everyone to experiment with and explore the practice of yoga, with expert guidance. We take care to ensure that each class is small enough so that you get the attention and space you need, while our expert teachers provide instruction that is easy to understand.

About Ashlesha Mehta (Instructor)

Ashlesha Mehta is Your Instructor. She is a Yoga Niketan Certified  Yoga Instructor. She has been doing yoga for over 15 years and has been a teacher for over 7 years.

She was born in India but in present take up her residence in Australia. She has started her Yoga journey at the age of 7 when a programmed known as “Jeevan Vigyan” originally formulated by “Aacharya Tulsi” one of the greatest monk of the 19th Century, launched in her school. Acharya Tulsi was a prominent Jain religious leader. He was the founder of the Anuvrata movement and the Jain Vishva Bharti Institute, Ladnun, and the author of over one hundred books. She took the command over yoga practices within 2 years of this programme and then at the age of 9, she started to train other student of the school. As time passes by, she started learning different techniques of Yoga and remains enthusiastic and curious to give an edge to it. In her twenties she pioneered Yoga Camps in her area and coached hundreds of students. Her learning about the Yoga did not stop yet, she always tried to polish her skills in Yoga to make an impact in several lives correctly. She later on certified as Yoga Instructor by “Yoga Niketan.”

She combines her personal training experience with her love of yoga to create a unique style that focuses on the physical and mental aspects of the practice. She believes that yoga is fundamental for training balance, flexibility, mobility, strength, relaxation and mental focus as well as for relieving stress and pain. 

Her mission is to bring a new simple, efficient style of yoga to busy men and women, kids and serious and recreational athletes and curious beginners.
